Since 1849, ECOM USA Inc. has worked with cotton producers and gins, merchandising cotton in the USA. In 1999, through its relationship with the US Cotton Growers Association, a licensed Commodity Marketing Association (CMA), the team have very successfully processed cotton into government loan.

In April 2005, ECOM Atlantic formed a new company, Sunmark Services LLC, a Loan Servicing Agency (LSA). Our experienced team will provide the services that a local FSA office provides on a daily basis. Our established relationships with producers and gins will enable Sunmark LSA to provide timely processing of Form A loan entry, loan redemptions, loan deficiency payments and turnaround loans.

Fees associated for this service are identical to US Govt. charges;

LOAN: $7.50 per loan + .90 cents per bale

OR

1/2 of 1% of the gross loan amount

LDP: .25 cents for the first bale

.15 cents for bales 2-6

.10 cents for bales 7 & up
